UI/UX Team Lead

As a UI/UX designer, you are the key person to cultivating the product spirit to give users the best experience from using Beincom apps. The nature of work is challenging but fulfilling. 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Work closely with Product Owners, and the technical development team to understand user problems or demand while designing product features from ideas to launch
• Collaborate with engineers to ensure creative styles are within technical constraints
• Develop information architecture, user flow, hi-fi wireframes, and visual interfaces
• Test the usability of the design with prototypes
• Make sense of the different problems faced by many groups of users with innovative solutions
• Identify and troubleshoot UX problems for end-user interfaces
• Conduct end-user interface testing to ensure your final works follow the “perfect pixel” principle
• Contribute to and maintain design systems as well as align with Beincom’s brand. Develop specs and design documentation, based on product requirements.

REQUIREMENTS:

Must have:

• Minimum 2+ years of professional UI/UX design with web and mobile app focus (Android, iOS, etc)
• Proficient in Figma, Sketch, Adobe Suite, Axure, or related prototyping software
• Well-understand common user interface engagement behaviors according to devices
• Very strong attention to detail and consistency in design
• Passionate about being an integral part of solving complex problems with simple, easy-to-use solutions
• Up-to-date with design trends, user experience analysis techniques, and research skills
• Team spirit and strong communication skills to collaborate with team members.

Nice to have:

• Proficiency in user-centered design thinking methodologies.
• Ability to present design in the context of strategy and user/cultural insights with a persuasive, collaborative approach
• Able to think out of the box and eager to design an iconic product that supports the lives of millions of people
• Ability to conduct user research, user behavior analysis.
