Mobile App Tech Lead (React Native)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Collaborate with Product Management and other stakeholders to devise innovative technical solutions.
Guide and mentor other developers, perform code reviews, and approve pull requests.
Ensure all code is readable and testable and that technical debt is constantly evaluated and iteratively eliminated.
Promote teamwork, research technology, and create a work atmosphere that encourages continuous innovation.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

Must have:

5+ years of experience programming and at least 3 years of professional experience in Native React mobile development.
Robust unit testing and debugging skills.
Experience with RESTful APIs, and WebSocket integration.
Experience with iOS & Android native development, writing code for native modules.
Experience working in an Agile/Scrum Environment.
Strong communication and project management skills.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Positive and solution-oriented mindset.
Self-motivated to explore new technologies and environments.
