Golang Developer

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Build a chat system with scale in mind, interact/align with other services in the company’s ecosystem, and integrate with the world by developing its plugins.
• Write efficient, testable, maintainable, and scalable code to implement Backend APIs.
• Write documents, cross reviewing and support technical for junior members.
• Design solutions and architecture for Bein’s services.

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

Must have:

• 3+ years of experience in Backend development, at least 1 years in Golang.

• Proficient with Go programming language, deep understanding of error handling, concurrency programming with goroutines, and channels.
• Good knowledge of data structures and algorithms.
• Experience working on relational databases, specifically Postgres (Strong SQL).
• Experience with Unit Test (using Testify).
• Experienced working on Redis for caching/speeding up system performance.
• Experience with Docker and GIT in software development.
• English reading skills to understand spec documents, requirements, etc.
• Good working attitude, problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and communication skill.
• Enjoy technical challenges and are eager to explore new technologies.

Nice to have:

• Experience in developing a chat system is a big plus.
• Having knowledge of Clean Architect.
• Experienced in developing distributed systems on top of microservices architecture, event-driven architecture using NodeJs, Kafka, RabbitMQ, etc. is highly welcome.
