Talent Acquisition Executive

We are now looking for young and energetic talent to join our team as a Talent Acquisition Executive. Please take more information at the description below:


  • Work with hiring managers to understand the empower needs and finalize descriptions and requirements for a new job opening.
  • Involve in the entire recruitment cycle from talent pool identifying, job posting, sourcing, and coordinating all interview rounds.
  • Review, screen, and interview candidates for appropriateness of skills, experience, and knowledge about position requirements, while gauging candidates’ motivation for the position.
  • Support improving recruitment quality to meet short and long-term resources needs.
  • Update recruitment follow-up database to be able to report to the Head of HR every week on progress.


Must have:

  • At least 1 year of experience in recruitment/talent acquisition in the IT industry.
  • Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles.
  • Experience using various tools to source quality candidates (Boolean Search).
  • Highly effective communication, negotiation skills, and strong human sense.
  • Proactive and able to work independently without micromanagement.


Nice to have:

  • Experience at a start-up company, willing to build from scratch all procedures and processes.
  • Good knowledge of employer branding and talent mapping.
