Remote up to 2 days a week
You have the option of working from 9:00 AM to 6:30 PM. Working in the office is encouraged, but you are permitted to work remotely up to 40%, or 1 – 2 days/week, except for meeting days. If you live in another city and can’t relocate, you can work from home completely.
18+ paid days off per year
We prioritize people finding balance so that they can enjoy the fruits of life and work. That is why you will receive 1.5 days off per month. If you don’t use up your annual leaves, they will be converted into salary.
We appreciate everyone’s differences, weaknesses, and strengths. If sometimes you don’t feel like talking or you are in a mood, you don’t have to interact with anyone and everyone totally gets it. Especially our ladies, we don’t expect you to be all “lady-like”. Just be yourself. Act like yourself.
One notable thing about Beincom is that we don’t go for the “boss hierarchy concept”. Competent people must know how to manage themselves first, which makes “having a boss” less critical. Anyone in any position can be a leader.

“Since graduating with a major in Computer Engineering and a minor in Technopreneurship from the National University of Singapore (NUS), I have always dreamed of creating a technology product that could reach the world. Although I have founded 6 successful businesses over the past 14 years, I have never been able to fulfill this dream. This year, I have gathered up many passionate people, whose dreams are just like mine. We all want to make a big leap in our lives and an impact on our society. We chose Beincom as our ultimate life goal, and we will make it a unicorn in the next 5 years.”

Cash & company shares
Receive your salary in cash or company shares/tokens (optional) based on your performance and ranking. The quality of your work determines how many salary reviews you get per year and your 13th-month (or even 14th) bonus. Be noted that you will get full pay during your probation period.

Health coverage
Your health matters the most. That is why we cover health insurance packages up to 400 million VND in compensation with periodic health examinations. Any staff at any level, we got you.
Flexible working hours
You have the option of working from 9:00 AM to 6:30 PM with a 1.5-hour lunch break, or adjusting your own schedule. We try to avoid overtime working, but if it is needed, you will receive a bonus.
Recharge your way
Join the company retreat at least once a year or take paid days off to recharge your batteries. We have many team-building activities, but you aren’t obliged to participate if you don’t feel like it.
